Illustrator and graphic designer, born in Osaka. Kuroda began to work in 1961 at Hayakawa Yoshio Design Office in Osaka and later co-founded the office K2 with Nagatomo Keisuke. He counts among the most prominent postwar graphic designers in Japan, having participated in numerous national and international events, including Warsaw International Poster Biennale 1969, Expo ’85 in Tsukuba and the “504 Hours in San Francisco” project in 1991.
